HOW TO ORDER:

> Choose your Name Design
> Enter Name (first, middle and/or last)

Please enter the name exactly as you want it printed. Be sure to use the desired capitalization. Middle and last names can be either capitalized or lowercase.

Name Label is simple and easy to apply. It is perfect to place on the front of your milestone box. If you misplace the label, simply peel off and replace. It is the perfect size to fit on the front of totes or file boxes.

Don’t forget to add your choice of folders and plastic tote to complete your memory box.

File folders and plastic tote must be purchased separately

Please allow 12-14 business days for processing in additional to the 5-7 days for delivery time.

If you choose to add on the File Box, an additional $9 per box will be added to the shipping.
